Two weeks of memory-making & confidence-building to prepare you for a lifetime of adventures together.

Let me ask you something…
Does the thought of boarding a plane with your little one totally freak you out?
Do you dream of traveling with your baby but don’t know where to start?
Not sure what baby gear is essential and what is a waste of space?
Do you want to show your little one an adventurous life, but just need a little confidence boost?
If you answered yes to any of these questions, this (totally FREE!) Adventure Baby Challenge was MADE FOR YOU.
This is the exact framework that took us from confused to confident, and gave us the skills needed to travel to 14 US states and 9 countries before her 1st birthday.
What to expect from the Adventure Baby Challenge (ABC)
So what exactly does this challenge entail? Let me show you!
Calendar print out
I recommend trying to print out your Adventure Baby Challenge Calendar and putting it somewhere that you’ll see it, like on the fridge or on your nightstand. This will give you an idea of what is coming; plus, you can check off any challenges you’ve completed!
Daily emails
Each day for 14 days, you will get an email straight to your inbox with a suggested activity for that day. The email will have all the instructions needed to complete the challenge, along with some other fun tidbits and motivation!
What are the daily challenges like?
I created this calendar with activities that start small and build up your confidence, so that by the end of the 2 weeks, you’ll see some more “ambitious” challenges than in the beginning.
There’s a mixture of mindset work as well as practical skills. Some activities are very simple and can be done at home. Others require you to get out.
I wanted it to be a combination of activities that were easy enough to stick to this for 14 days, but I also wanted some that will challenge you a bit and push you to get out of your comfort zone.
When should I start doing these challenges with my child?
This really comes down to you and your child, as everyone is going to feel differently during postpartum.
If you’re feeling great and up for some challenges, you could potentially start working your way through this at 2-3 weeks after birth. (Give yourself enough time to get into your groove.)
If you have parental leave, this is a perfect time to start this challenge since you’ll have more time for bonding with your baby.
But don’t push yourself if you need more time to start. This challenge will always be waiting for you when you are ready.
Alternatively, if you’re finding us and have an older child, it’s not too late to start! I will say that these activities were created with newborns in mind, so you may find some are more relevant than others. You can also “scaffold” them to make them fit you and your child where you’re at.
Do I have to do these activities daily?
This is YOUR challenge. Take the resources and make it work for you.
Perhaps you’ll want a few days between activities, or there are some that you want to save for later. It’s all fluid.
That said, if you commit to following this for 14 days, I think you’ll see more drastic of change in your confidence than if you spread it out.
Let’s do this!
